Orders & Cancellations
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of purchase. To request a cancellation, contact us at customercare@envyenvie.ae or WhatsApp +971 52 197 8187. After 4 hours, the order enters processing and can no longer be cancelled or modified.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number to follow your delivery in real time.

What happens if an item I ordered becomes unavailable?

In the rare event an item becomes unavailable after purchase, our Client Care will contact you to offer an alternative or issue a full refund.

Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship worldwide?

Yes — we deliver to the USA, GCC, European Union and selected international hubs (including UK, Canada, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Singapore, Australia and Hong Kong).

How long will delivery take?

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation. Estimated timelines by region:

  • United States (Express): 5–7 business days
  • GCC (Express): 5–7 business days
  • European Union: Express 2–4 business days · Standard 5–7 business days
  • Other destinations (Express): 5–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, public holidays, weather or carrier delays.

Are duties & taxes included?
  • United States: Duties & taxes included.
  • European Union: Duties & taxes included at checkout (no extra charges upon delivery).
  • GCC & other international: Duties & taxes not included.
Are there shipping fees?

Available shipping options and fees (if any) are shown at checkout. The European Union offers Standard and Express options; the USA, GCC and other destinations use Express services.

Where do you ship from? Will my order arrive in one parcel?

We work with authorized retail partners and warehouses (primarily in the EU). To ensure the fastest delivery, your order may be shipped in multiple parcels. You will receive tracking for each parcel.

Payments
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards. Additional payment methods may be available depending on your location and will be shown at checkout.

In which currency will I be charged?

Prices may display in your local currency for convenience, but all orders are processed in USD at checkout. Your bank or provider may apply a conversion fee if your card is in a different currency.

Why was my payment declined?

Common reasons include incorrect details (card number, expiry, CVV), insufficient funds, or bank security checks. Please verify your details and try again. If the issue persists, contact your bank.

Can I use more than one discount code?

No. Only one discount code can be applied per order.

Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?

Returns must be initiated within 14 days from delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and brand packaging intact. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping using a tracked courier (UPS, DHL, or FedEx). Please review our full Refund Policy.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are issued within 30 days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

Who covers the cost of returns?

For returns due to customer preference (e.g., change of mind, wrong size), return shipping is at the customer’s expense. If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return.

Account & Personal Information
Do I need to create an account to shop?

No — you can checkout as a guest. Creating an account enables faster checkout, order tracking, return management and access to exclusive previews.

How can I update my phone number or address?

Log into My Account and update your details in My Address Book. If you need to change details for an order already placed, contact Client Care immediately; changes are only possible before dispatch.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

Click “Forgot your password?” on the sign-in page, enter your email and follow the reset instructions.

Products & Packaging
Are your products authentic?

Yes. We source exclusively from authorized retailers and all items undergo strict quality checks. Authenticity is guaranteed.

How is my order packaged?

Each order is prepared with care in premium packaging to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Original brand packaging (boxes, dust bags) is included when provided by the retailer or brand.
